Exfoliation is an earth-science word that has to do with wearing away mountains through erosion. It is the process by which water freezes in the cracks of rocks and expands until the rock shatters, ever so slightly, and eventual breaks apart.

Good choices begin with good information. Words have the power to destroy or heal. When words are both true and kind, they can change our world. If you are alive, you must change in order to grow. But, don’t expect life to go in a straight line or stand still, because the future always comes before you’re ready to give up the present. We always have the answer with us. “Yes, I can do it.”
