Lose some fat and weight. First thing in the morning, drink some water. This hydrates you and dilutes your blood. Hydrate before you caffeinate. Wait at least an hour before you have your coffee. Have some protein first thing in the morning rather than just carbohydrates. Procrastinate before you eat, because that continues your fast. Perhaps do some stretching or exercise, go for a short walk 10–15 minutes before you eat, or even after you eat, get some light and sunshine. This resets your clock and starts your body moving.
