Some people wait all their lives for an opportunity that is sitting right in front of them. They end up missing this potential because of trepidation, the reluctance to take a chance, and their preconceived ideas. They let their fear of failure and excess baggage get in the way.
Remember that Zen perception is about living in the now of the present moment, as well as spontaneity and simplicity.
If you are depressed, you are living in the past.
If you are anxious, you are living in the future.
If you are at peace, you are living in the present.
Thanks Mel! Very thought provoking as usual
All the best and see you soon. Dreary London is starting to weigh on my soul
