Trigger Warning. This is a preemptive alert, issued by a professor or institution, indicating that material presented in class might be sufficiency graphic to spark symptoms of stress, trauma or disorder. This professor, Satoru, and his course, A Way To Live – Zen, assert that, there is no trigger warning for living your life. Zen gives expression to many discomfiting and difficult ideas to enlarge a person’s comprehension and experience without care for the greater cultural preoccupation of achieving safety. Consciousness rising requires dispelling ignorant ideas, expanding ones reference’s, and achieving a rejuvenating awareness of your physical body.

Imagination
Many people are compulsively into control because they lack imagination. They do not internalize that life is not linear, and that communication, growth, people, and activities have multiplicities of variables. This is why many administrators, supervisors, and relationships destroy initiative, because they cannot make dynamic plans without hope and conceptualize future inconsistencies. Hope cannot be projected without imagination and change. Situations and the future have to be conceptualized as different; you cannot just concentrate on attempting to perfect the present. How do we learn to modulate our control, increase our essential imagination, and expand our scope? Is the answer in the question? Satoru
Achievement
To live in the now you must actively change your focus. Thinking, planning, having ideas, and dreaming are all constructive if directed toward a goal. But, life is action. You must refine your thinking. Make significant concrete plans toward your goal and start to physically act. Then, when an opportunity presents itself, you can incorporate the chance to aid in fulfilling your dreams and establishing a foundation for your actions. You accomplish by preforming and taking responsibility for your actions.
You cannot say, “Why didn’t someone tell me?”
I’m telling you now.
Start; Life is Action.

Zen Focus
Serenity and efficiency go hand and hand. When you are relaxed you think clearly. When you are overloaded your thoughts become frenetic. Sometimes taking a deep breath is all it takes to relax and focus. Sometime a walk around the block or a break is necessary. Knowing yourself and what produces efficiency is part of the every day battle. Satoru
Control
Staying in shape physically and mentally is the most important aspect of your life. People judge you more by appearance then any other way. Get slimmer, be healthy, have more energy, take control, and you win. Everything else is secondary.
Increased physical activity and exercise is paramount to improving your mental power and gaining more control. Think of how you learn to play a musical instrument or meditate. Practice, focus, intention, and control. All these lead to more pleasure, enjoyment, skill and satisfaction. Change, unlearning, and relearning new practices takes courage and determination. However, since life is action you must start moving NOW for a new beginning. Satoru
