Success

Improve isn’t a clarion word, it is instead the secret to success.

Grandiose schemes and theories never achieve the same results as the accumulation of small consistent attainable goals.

Add up the smaller parts that work and improve a little every day.

Don’t measure your successes by what you have but how much fun you had getting there.

Set new goals.

No matter how difficult the past, you can always begin again today.

Life Is Action.

Move on. Life is too short to keep looking backwards and dwelling on the hurts, frustrations and bad habits and breaks.

Even if you have achieved what you want, set new goals but differentiate between your needs and your wants.

The Butterfly Effect

Be aware of The Butterfly Effect.

The butterfly effect is when the battering of the butterflies tiny wings in Asia causes the death of a population in Mexico due to the hurricane it produced or started. Thinking about this effect is meant to give you awareness to control the details thereby controlling the culmination or correlating actions.

A simple act, positive or negative can have magnified repercussions.

You cannot say to the sun, “move Sun” or say to the rain “less rain.” Satoru

Positive Thinking

Positive thinking is a habit of mind, body and spirit.

Everything behind us is connected to everything ahead of us.

You are today where your thoughts have brought you. You will be tomorrow where your thought takes you.

PROBLEMS. Solve the problems when they occur. Worrying is not productive.

Here is my formula for dealing with problems and projects.

Divide up what you want to do, learn, solve, or be. The steps are,

A-Inception. What is the idea that you want to express, change, work on, solve, or do?

B-Incubation and imagination. Think about it, dream about it, state the problem, and draw plans in your mind or on paper. Take your time and write down everything first. Dump it all out of your head and you can refine it later.

C-Practical application. Work with it. Practice, make a model, and pull the ingredients together. Dissect any aspect that appears too complicated. Approach the same question from different perspectives and aspects.

D-Culmination. Keep going until you finish or find a solution. If it’s too arduous or complicated a project start again after putting it away awhile. Do it.
