Action and Time 

Life does not get better by chance. It gets better by change.

Doubt entails self-examination because a check on the plausible beliefs and attitudes checks all that constitutes the self. So self-examination entails self-awareness and revising your fake assumptions, a matter of degree. We hold onto the beliefs that maintain a particular conception of ourselves and our relationship to the world. Usually, we have a personal investment in these beliefs; hence these are the ones most resistant to change. This is another reason why changing thinking and actions are so complicated.

Perhaps, to be more objectively analytical, considering action and time are life’s most essential concepts, we should concentrate our beliefs and faiths in taking advantage of what we have and do it in a timely fashion.

All we see and touch is all we will ever have in this life. Your existence is not a dress rehearsal, immerse and absorb it up and do it now.

Opportunity

Some people wait all their lives for an opportunity that is right in front of them. They end up missing this potential because of trepidation, the reluctance to take a chance, or their preconceived ideas. They let their fear of failure and excess baggage get in the way. Be ready; luck is when preparation meets opportunity. 

If you are depressed, you are living in the past.

If you are anxious, you are living in the future.

If you are at peace, you are living in the present.

A major fitness tool

Walking is the single most underutilized tool in health and wellness. The reason we rarely hear about walking as a major fitness tool—in the same conversations as stuff like yoga or expensive spinning bikes—is that people aren’t emotionally prepared for fitness to be easy. Most people want to believe that working out and fat loss needs to be hard. A basic program performed consistently—even a half-assed effort done consistently—can bring you a really long way, much further than going hardcore once in a while. Expecting that you’ll accomplish the training required for a movie star body when starting out a fitness routine is setting yourself up for disappointment. Walking a lot, on the other hand, is something that is relatively simple to fit into your everyday life. The best fitness routine is always going to be the routine that you follow consistently. Satoru.

Advice to young Writers

In promulgating, esoteric congregations and articulating superficial sentimentality‘s, philosophical and psychological observations, beware of platitudinous ponderosas. Let your extemporaneous descanting’s and your unpremeditated explanations have intelligibility without thrasonical bombast. Avoid polysyllabic propensities and ventriloquially verbosity. Or- always use simple unaffected language.

Window Continued.

Consider if you please, that many people interpret the world through distorted reasoning and false impressions, usually based on a lack of or false information. We have to wake up and clean the filters through which we sense the world, to have the ability to grasp reality, be objective, and concentrate on the predominant modalities. Update your structure. Because of constant change, we have an internal orientation that reflects in evolutionary biology. Learning is a painful process it makes us all primitive; it opposes understanding. Chaos is reality and unbalanced so you must lay the discipline on yourself to succeed. You must have a purpose and pursue it to give your self happiness. Satoru
